SPAIN OFFICIAL RULES ("Official Rules")

These Official Rules only apply to participants who are Spain residents

 

SPAIN PRIZE DRAW

  • The Spain prize draw that these Official Rules cover ("Prize Draw") is part of a wider European Promotion involving other territories. The wider "European Promotion Territories" are Austria, France, Germany, Ireland, the UK and Spain. In the overall European Promotion, there will be at least one prizewinner from each European Promotion Territory (including Spain). There are also four (4) prizes that will be randomly allocated across all those territories and which therefore may or may not be awarded to participants from Spain.
  • These Official Rules only apply to participants who are Spanish residents. There are separate specific local Official Rules for each of the other European Promotion Territories (see here).
  • The promoter is Feastables, Inc. of 167 N Green Street, Chicago, IL 60607, USA ("Promoter").

ENTRY PERIOD

  • The entry period for the Prize Draw begins at 13:00:01 (1:00:01 PM) CET on 8 March 2025 and ends at 00:59:59 (12:59:59 AM) CETon 20 April 2025 (the "Entry Period").

HOW TO ENTER AND ELIGIBILITY

To enter the Prize Draw, you must complete each of the following steps:

  • Purchase a Feastables chocolate bar ("Product") during the Entry Period from El Corte Ingles, Alcampo, Carrefour, Belros, Golosinas Navisa, Eroski, AliExpress Concept Store, Prima Prix, La Goleta Market, Taste of America, Supermercado Miraflores, The Cookie Lab, Toy Planet, Casa Marcos, Pasteleria y Golosinas Vavisa, Jugueterias Anderez, and Andremur (La Goleta) either in-store or online and ensure you get and keep a proof-of-purchase receipt.
  • Register your Product purchase online during the Entry Period by either:
      1. Using your mobile phone to scan the QR code on your Product, which will direct you to the Prize Draw webpage https://es.feastables.com/pages/european-spring-promo-2025; or
      2. II.visiting the Prize Draw webpage directly, https://es.feastables.com/pages/european-spring-promo-2025,

    and then following the instructions set out on the webpage to provide the information requested, such as your full name, email address and valid Spanish phone number, so that we can contact you about the Prize Draw. You must also accept the terms of these Official Rules and confirm that you are over the age of eighteen (18) or that your parents or legal guardian have read and accepted these Official Rules. Internet access is required in order to enter.

    • Take a photo of (or screenshot or download if the purchase was made online) your proof-of-purchase receipt, which must clearly mention the Product and date of purchase, and send it to us by following the instructions set out on the Prize Draw webpage. When you take a photo of your receipt, you must make sure that we can clearly read it. If we are unable to read your receipt we may disqualify your entry. You will be able to see on-screen whether your receipt has been accepted. Multiple receipts can be uploaded to the Prize Draw webpage. If your receipt is not accepted on the Prize Draw webpage, you may receive an email from us inviting you to re-submit your receipt for validation, which must be done within the Entry Period in order to constitute a valid entry.
    • For each Product purchased during the Entry Period you will receive one (1) entry into the Prize Draw, to a maximum of forty-two (42) entries.
    • The Prize Draw is only open to legal residents of Spain. Those under the age of eighteen (18) may enter the Prize Draw but only if they confirm on the Prize Draw webpage that they are entering the Prize Draw with the approval and authority of their parents or legal guardian.
    • The Promoter reserves the right on a random audit basis or at any time and for any reason, to contact the minor’s parents or legal guardian for the purposes of verifying their agreement to be legally bound by these Official Rules and consent to the minor’s participation in the Prize Draw. Failure of the minor’s parents or legal guardian to complete any such required verification to the complete satisfaction of the Promoter may, at the Promoter’s discretion, result in the disqualification of such minor.

    THE PRIZE

    • Each winner will win a two night trip to a location in the United States of America to (1) visit a filming set, (2) take a photo with Jimmy (Mr Beast), and (3) take home a Beast gift bag containing Mr Beast swag. Each winner is entitled to bring an accompanying person. Economy round-trip airfare from the major Spain commercial airport nearest the winner's residence, three-star hotel, transportation from US airport to hotel, to and from the filming set and back to the US airport and meals for the winner and their accompanying person will be provided by the Promoter at the Promoter's cost, and in each case determined only by the Promoter.
    • If the winner is under eighteen (18) years of age, their accompanying person must be a parent or guardian and they can only go on the trip if that person actually accompanies and takes responsibility for them. If the winner is over eighteen (18), their accompanying person may be under eighteen (18) but only if they can demonstrate with documentary evidence that they have consent from that that individual's parents/guardians. In Spain, this may require a specific authorization from the relevant police force.
    • The Winner and their accompanying person must travel together on the same itinerary. The prize travel date and arrangements are as determined by Promoter and no alternate travel dates are available. Once scheduled, the prize itinerary cannot be altered and failure of the winner to follow such itinerary shall not obligate the Promoter in any way to provide such winner with alternate arrangements. All expenses and costs associated with the acceptance or use of the prize that are not expressly specified in these Official Rules or by the Promoter as being part of the prize (including without limitation ground transportation, luggage fees, travel insurance, medical insurance, COVID-19 test expenses, laundry service, spa treatments, alcoholic beverages, alternative dining, gratuities, local and long distance telephone calls, merchandise and souvenirs, incidental expenses, hotel service charges, personal expenses, or applicable passport, visa and entry/exit fees) are the sole responsibility of the winners and their accompanying persons.
    • Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-negotiable for cash, and may not be resold. Winner(s) and their accompanying persons are responsible for obtaining travel and medical insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that the Promoter has not, and will not, obtain or provide travel or medical insurance. No substitution of the prize or any component thereof is permitted, except in the discretion of Promoter, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with a substitute prize of equal or greater value, if the fulfilment of the prize, or any part thereof, is rendered impossible, unfeasible, unsafe or impractical for any reason including without limitation due to any COVID-19 or other pandemic-related law, regulation, order, policy, guideline, strike, travel restriction, venue policy, restriction, or for any other reason. Prizes will be awarded only to winners with a residential address within Spain.
    • Once a winner's accompanying person is selected, they may not be substituted, except where expressly accepted by the Promoter. The winners and their accompanying persons are responsible for all required and necessary identification and travel documents including providing proper citizenship documentation to travel, which may include passports, and necessary visas/ESTA, as well as for obtaining and providing proof of any and all required (either by applicable government or the Promoter) Covid-19 or any other vaccination, testing or health protocols in advance or at time of boarding the flight, at the winner or their accompanying persons' sole cost. Those without proper citizenship health/vaccine protocols and documentation will be denied boarding. The Promoter will not be responsible if the winners or their accompanying persons are denied entry onto the plane, into the United States of America, or return entry. In such a situation, the winner and/or their accompanying person will be responsible for any and all additional costs incurred. Each traveller must check with their travel advisor, government agencies, embassies or consulates prior to their vacation to ensure that they have proper citizenship documentation.
    • Lost, stolen or damaged flight tickets or any other ticket or certificate in connection with the prize will not be replaced or exchanged. The Promoter reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winners and/or their accompanying persons if they engage in disruptive behaviour, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person or engage in any other objectionable behaviour. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by any air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, or any other persons in connection with the prize. Without limiting the foregoing, the Promoter will not be in any way responsible (and for greater certainty, is not obligated to offer any substitute prizing) in the event that any part of the prize is delayed, postponed, re-scheduled or cancelled for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, due to illness or health risks, or any governmental or health authority orders, measures, directives or guidance in response to such illness or risks, such as, without limitation, those that may be implemented to mitigate COVID-19 transmission, or due to any other cause of any kind or nature whatsoever), provided that these do not arise from the Promoter's wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Additional prize award details and travel information may be provided to winner at the time of notification and/or booking.

    PRIZE DRAW WINNER SELECTION

    • There will be one guaranteed winner from Spain, selected by chance from amongst all eligible  entrants in Spain. Spanish entrants will also have four (4) additional opportunities to win the equivalent prize, as four (4) winners will also be selected by chance from amongst all eligible entrants from across the European Promotion Territories (including Spain). No entrant may win more than one prize.
    • On or about 21 April 2025, each winner will be notified by telephone or email. The winners must provide their full address in order to confirm their eligibility and will be required to sign and return winners' documentation confirming their identity and their acceptance of these Official Rules (and if the winner is under eighteen (18) this must be signed by their parents or legal guardian). If a winner cannot be reached by 25 April 2025 through the contact details provided in the participation form, or does not provide the information and documentation required within forty-eight (48) hours, the prize will be forfeited.
    • Any claim to the prize is forfeited if the winner does not attend or the event is cancelled for reasons outside of the Promoter's control, or if Feastables determines, acting reasonably and based on objective evidence, that the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules. The winners must keep their original receipt or proof of purchase in order to receive the prize, and send it to the Promoter on request. For this purpose, the winners will receive a pre-stamped and addressed envelope to the postal address provided by them which can be used to send the receipt.
    • In any instance where a prize is forfeited other than due to cancellation by the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to designate an alternative winner selected by chance and will use its reasonable endeavours to do so, subject to there being time available.

    GENERAL

    • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs or compromises the administration, security, integrity or fairness of the Prize Draw (or portions thereof) and limit entries to those submitted prior to the action taken, or to proceed in such a manner as may be deemed fair and equitable by the Promoter in its reasonable discretion. In the event the Prize Draw is cancelled or terminated, notice will be posted online and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prizes in a random drawing from among all eligible non-suspect entries received up to time of such action. Entry information becomes property of the Promoter.
    • Any fraudulent entries (including those using robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar methods of participation) may be disqualified by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to prohibit the participation of an individual in the case of fraud or tampering or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. If an entrant submits more than the stated number of entries permitted, and/or if a participant attempted to obtain additional entries by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or any other method, all suspect entries submitted by the participant may be declared null and void.
    • To the greatest extent permissible by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, damaged, inaccurate or undelivered entries, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions, or network, typographical, printing, electronic, computer, mechanical or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Prize Draw, including, without limitation, (i) errors in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw, the announcement of a prize, the processing of entries, or in any other Prize Draw-related materials; (ii) interrupted or unavailable network, server, ISP, cable, satellite or other connections; (iii) internet traffic congestion or any technical problem, including, without limitation, any injury or damage to any person’s computer related to/resulting from Prize Draw participation; (iv) typographical, printing or other errors or omissions in these Official Rules, in any Prize Draw-related ads/materials; (v) human-processing error; (vi) electronic equipment, computer hardware or software failures; (vii) inaccurate entry information, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error, or otherwise; (viii) any condition caused by events that may cause the Prize Draw to be disrupted or corrupted; or (ix) the inability of any winner to accept a prize. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Prize Draw or whose conduct potentially compromised the Prize Draw or who are in violation of these Official Rules, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. Every entry must be manually keystroked and manually entered by the entrant and repetitive, automated electronic submission of entries is specifically prohibited. Use of automated entry software or programs is prohibited and entry through any such means is void. The Promoter is also not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by site users, tampering, hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilised in the Prize Draw. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Prize Draw or website or who are in violation of these Official Rules, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void.

    DATA PROTECTION

    INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    • We and our third party licensors, will retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in or arising out of or in connection with the Prize Draw (which shall include, without limitation any promotional materials, documents, products or output associated with the Prize Draw). You are not permitted to use any materials, trade marks or trade names which belong to us or our third party licensors, without our (or our third party licensors') prior, written consent.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    • The Promoter does not exclude or limit in any way its liability to participants where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by the Promoter's negligence or the negligence of any of the Promoter's employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

    GOVERNING LAW

    • The Prize Draw and these Official Rules are governed by Spanish law and all entrants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid.
